Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of wine, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If, however, your order was incorrectly fulfilled, damaged, or is defective, please email wine@winebar.shop, wine@fathercoffee.co.za, or call +27832281908 to rectify the problem. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (as in within minutes of receiving your order wherever possible but absolutely within 1 day) if the item/s is/are defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
