Château Thivin Clos de Rochebonne Chardonnay '22

Despite dating back to the 17th century and easily one of the most famous Beaujolais domaines, Château Thivin has not gotten stuck in the past. Each generation of the domaine's custodians, the Geoffray family, has redefined wine from Côte de Brouilly. 

This Beaujolais Blanc from a Chardonnay vineyard in Rochebonne is the current delicious attempt at doing just that. Much like the golden limestone soils that bask the village in a warm glow, it is chiseled and mineral but also sun-kissed and bright.
